SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail 24-hour delivery as our express shipping option to provide the fastest and most reliable service. Once you receive shipping confirmation, your parcel will arrive within one to two working days. We also offer standard delivery via Royal Mail 48 shipping option, with delivery typically within two to three working days.
We take great care in handling every order and aim to make our shipping process as quick and efficient as possible, minimizing any waiting time or delays. All parcels are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and tracking information is provided so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Our goal is to give you complete peace of mind from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
RETURNS
At this time, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or fit complications. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive faulty or damaged during delivery or packaging. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. As we are a new brand and have not yet established a return depot, we are unable to process returns unless the item is faulty. If you experience a sizing issue, we are more than happy to assist you to the best of our ability.
